Our structure comprehends an area of more than 800 m² in an Industrial Zone controlled by PREMUR and offers organized logistics. With state-of-the -art technology, the best raw material, and our highly specialized team we can manufacture high-quality boards.

Visit Our Factory
Located in the Industrial Zone controlled by PREMUR, Blue Room Surfindustry has an industrial facility of 1000m².
The guided tour lasts about 20 minutes, and all visitors get orientation and protection equipment for a safe tour.

How to Manufacture your Surfboard at Blue Room

01 I have a brand, want to have it manufactured in Portugal and distribute in Europe? Is it possible?
If you already have the files and models, you just need to send them and within some days your surfboards will be ready. If you don’t have them, you can come and have a talk with us. Then, we elaborate a production form to deliver the best surfboard for you.

02 I’m a shaper (surfer) and need help with my project.
Our team is ready to help you along all the stages involving the creation and development of surfboards – from 3D projects to the final sanding.

03 How long does the manufacturing process of a surfboard take?
The manufacturing time varies according to our demand. Currently, Blue Room can manufacture 10 surfboards a day.
